SHIPPING/PACKAGING:
Cake pops will be packaged in cellophane bags with layers of bubble wrap and we anticipate safe delivery to you. We will do our absolute best to ensure your cake pops are delivered to you in pristine condition, but cannot account for the postal service.
Cake pops are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (delivery in 2-3 days from date shipped).
Since delivery dates are NOT guaranteed, we suggest you order before your event for appropriate shipment date scheduling. If you need a RUSH order, we recommend USPS Priority Express to get your package ASAP.
After an order is at the post office, it is no longer in our control. We provide you with an approximate date that your order will be shipped after you place the order and we assure you orders are shipped on the specified date.
Unfortunately, we will NOT offer refunds for delays, mistakes or damages made by USPS to your package.
In the event that your item arrives to you damaged, please file a claim with USPS for a refund directly with them.
